The place was kind of out of the way for me, and parking nearby was, well, it was a bit of a hassle too.

The place was okay overall, and I wouldn’t say it was dirty in a really obvious or gross way. Like, the main areas looked fine at first glance, and I didn’t feel uncomfortable being there or anything like that. But once I paid a little more attention, there were definitely some spots that seemed overlooked, especially the bathrooms and a few corners where trash had been left sitting. It’s not like the whole place was a mess, but for the price, I guess I expected things to feel a little more polished and better maintained. So overall, not a bad experience, just kind of average and could use a little more attention to detail.

I ordered from them once and everything went smoothly. The site was easy enough to use, the updates came through quickly, and my stuff literally arrived safe with no problems. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered a few pieces of equipment from Congo River, i was pleasantly surprised once everything showed up. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but the quality ended up being better than I had in mind. The materials feel solid and sturdy, not like that cheap flimsy stuff you sometimes get when ordering online. After I got everything set up, it all worked the way it was supposed to, which was a relief. One of the pieces did have a small scratch on it, so I wouldn’t say the order was absolutely perfect, but it was minor and didn’t affect how it worked at all. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but no big issues either. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d probably order from them again if I needed more gear.

I had a really nice experience with congoriver.com. The staff were friendly in a genuine way, like they didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions, didn’t rush me through anything, and actually explained things clearly. I asked about a few little details, like how the process worked, what I needed to do next, and a couple of timing questions, and they handled all of it really patiently. Everything felt simple and normal, no pressure, no weird attitude, no back-and-forth confusion. I’d definitely use them again.

I was frustrated using this because the buttons weren’t clearly labeled, so I had to keep guessing what each one did. Some of the wording felt misleading too, like it made things sound obvious when they really weren’t. It made the whole experience way more confusing than it needed to be.

We had a really fun time doing the gem mining here. I wasn’t totally sure if the kids would stay into it for very long, but they got excited every time they found something shiny. The staff was nice, and we never felt rushed. It’s a simple little activity, but it was worth it. We’d definitely go again.

I felt a bit misled. I thought this would be something my child could browse on their own, but some of the stuff didn’t feel very kid-safe to me. I’d definitely want to supervise instead of letting them use it alone.

We got to feed the gators for a bit, and the kids probably could’ve stayed there all day. They were so excited the whole time. Definitely a fun experience if you’re looking for something a little different.

I felt like the lessons kind of jumped around a lot, so it was a little hard for me to follow at times. It might just be my learning style, but I think a smoother flow would have helped.

Prices were good and I got it booked fast. Paid less than I usually do too, so yeah, def happy with it.

Some parts were definitely harder than I expected, I had to go back and replay a few lessons more than once. But that helped things sink in better, so it wasn’t a bad thing overall.

The wait wasn’t long at all. Got through quick, so that was dope.

Stopped by recently and the restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. Sinks, floors, stalls all looked taken care of. Not perfect, some paper by the trash, but nothing gross. Solid experience, 4 stars.

But everything felt clean and easy to play. The greens were in good shape, the water areas looked nice, and all the holes worked like they should. A couple of spots were a bit worn, but nothing that felt unsafe or ruined the experience. Overall, it was a fun, low-stress place to spend some time, and I’d definitely go back
